ANDREA PRAMPOLINI

Andrea Pram­poli­ni grad­u­at­ed cum laude in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion at Boc­coni Uni­ver­si­ty of Milan in 1999. He also grad­u­at­ed cum laude in Law at Uni­ver­sità degli Stu­di of Milan. In 2003 he obtained a Mas­ter in Tax law at IPSOA (Wolters Kluw­er), Milan. 

He was admit­ted to the Asso­ci­a­tion of Char­tered Accoun­tants of Milan in 2003. He was then admit­ted to to the Ital­ian Bar. 

He joined Fac­chi­ni Rossi Michelut­ti Stu­dio Legale Trib­u­tario in Jan­u­ary 2024. 

From 2003 to 2014, he worked at a lead­ing inter­na­tion­al tax law firm. In 2014 he took part to the foun­da­tion of a lead­ing inter­na­tion­al tax law firm, serv­ing there as a part­ner until 2020. In 2021, fol­low­ing the merg­er of the firm, he became a part­ner of the tax depart­ment of anoth­er lead­ing inter­na­tion­al law firm. 

He is a mem­ber of the Inter­na­tion­al Fis­cal Asso­ci­a­tion (IFA) and was the Ital­ian branch reporter for the IFA Con­gress in Can­cun, 2023. 

He pro­vides assis­tance to domes­tic and for­eign cor­po­rate groups.  His areas of exper­tise include cor­po­rate and group tax­a­tion, tax aspects of domes­tic and cross-bor­der group reor­ga­ni­za­tions, M&A and finan­cial trans­ac­tions, inter­na­tion­al and EU tax­a­tion, assis­tance in tax audits, pre-lit­i­ga­tion set­tle­ments and tax lit­i­ga­tion. 

He is the author of sev­er­al pub­li­ca­tions on tax law and par­tic­i­pates as a speak­er at domes­tic and inter­na­tion­al sem­i­nars and con­fer­ences.
