Arman­do Tar­di­ni grad­u­at­ed in Law at the Boc­coni Uni­ver­si­ty of Milan.

He was admit­ted to the Ital­ian Bar in 2019.

He joined Fac­chi­ni Rossi Michelut­ti in 2020. Pre­vi­ous­ly, he worked for four years at a lead­ing Ital­ian tax law firm.

He pro­vides assis­tance to domes­tic and for­eign cor­po­rate groups and invest­ment funds.  His areas of exper­tise include M&A and reor­ga­ni­za­tion trans­ac­tions, inter­na­tion­al tax­a­tion and cor­po­rate tax­a­tion.
