Francesca Mar­tus­cel­li grad­u­at­ed in Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Rome Tor Ver­ga­ta.  She com­plet­ed a Mas­ter in tax law at the Sole 24 Ore Busi­ness School and a Mas­ter in inter­na­tion­al tax law at IPSOA.

She was admit­ted to the Asso­ci­a­tion of Char­tered Accoun­tants in 2016.

She joined Fac­chi­ni Rossi Michelut­ti in 2021.

Pre­vi­ous­ly, she worked at oth­er lead­ing Ital­ian tax law firms.

She pro­vides assis­tance to domes­tic and for­eign cor­po­rate groups and to pri­vate clients. Her areas of exper­tise include cor­po­rate tax­a­tion, inter­na­tion­al tax­a­tion, real estate tax­a­tion and pri­vate wealth.
