Luca Rossi graduated in Economics at the Bocconi University of Milan. He was admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants of Lodi in 1992.
He is co-founder of Facchini Rossi & Soci, that changed name to Studio Legale Tributario Facchini Rossi Michelutti in June 2019.
From 2007 to 2009, he was member of the Commission of the OIC (Italian Accounting Organization) for the adjustment of Italian tax legislation to the accounting standards.
He was temporary professor at the “School of Economy and Finance”.
From 2013 to 2022, Luca Rossi was a member of the Tax Committee of the Italian Association of Certified Public Accountants – Milan Section.
He is currently an Expert of the Tax Committee of the Italian Association of Certified Public Accountants – Milan Section.
He is a member of the Tax & Legal Committee of AIFI (the Italian Private Equity Association).
He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
Since 2022, he has been member of the Scientific Committee of ASSOSIM- Financial Markets Intermediaries Association
He is auditor and chairman of the board of auditors in several listed and unlisted companies.
He provides tax assistance to domestic and foreign corporate groups, banks and private equity funds. His areas of expertise include M&A and reorganisation transactions, financial taxation, corporate taxation, international taxation, transfer pricing and patent box, management incentive plans, assistance in pre-litigation tax settlement procedures and tax litigation. In particular, he has significant expertise in tax matters regarding the banking sector.
He is the author of various publications on tax law matters and he often speaks at domestic and international seminars and conferences.
