Mari­na Ampo­lil­la grad­u­at­ed cum laude in Eco­nom­ics at the Boc­coni Uni­ver­si­ty of Milan. She was admit­ted to the Asso­ci­a­tion of Char­tered Accoun­tants of Milan in 2003.

Since 2012 she is part­ner of Fac­chi­ni Rossi Michelut­ti.

She is mem­ber of the board of audi­tors of var­i­ous com­pa­nies.

She pro­vides tax assis­tance to banks, pri­vate equi­ty funds, domes­tic and for­eign cor­po­rate groups. Her areas of exper­tise include M&A and reor­gan­i­sa­tion trans­ac­tions, finan­cial tax­a­tion, cor­po­rate tax­a­tion, tax lit­i­ga­tion.

She is the author of var­i­ous pub­li­ca­tions on tax law mat­ters and she often speaks at domes­tic and inter­na­tion­al sem­i­nars and con­fer­ences.
